Holiday Craft Fair Vendor

Thank you for your interest in having a booth at this year’s Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Holiday Craft Fair! 

We limit the number of food and craft vendors each year, so you should get your application in as soon as possible. 

How do I apply?

Glad you asked, there are a couple steps:

  1. Fill in the fields below with information about your business or organization, including what you’ll be selling, information you’ll be providing, etc.
  2. Wait to hear back from our Holiday Craft Fair Chairperson who determines if you are a good fit for this year’s Holiday Craft Fair.
  3. Once approved, provide the booth fee, insurance information, and other required paperwork.
  4. You will receive a final email notifying you of your approval and setting up arrival dates and times.

Please describe the types of items you will have available at this event (blankets, tree ornaments and Christmas decor, jewelry, scented candles, baked goods, etc.) Your answer will be used to help us determine the layout of the event. Are your items handmade by you? If not, please explain how your items are sourced. Are you a direct sales affiliate? If so, what brand do you represent?
8’ by 10’ Booth (Gym or Cafeteria) $80 7’ Table (1/2 of 14’ folding Cafeteria Table) $60 Bring Your Own Table (8’ frontage by approx. 5’ depth in Hallway) $40 Special Booth (Unique Hallway Spaces) price dependent on location
Please let us know if have a particular location you would like to be, or don't want to be. If you know your booth or table number from last year you can use that, say "same as last year", or describe the area of the gym, cafeteria, or hallway you prefer. If requesting a booth space, do you need 8’ frontage or 10’ frontage. If you need access to electricity or want to be next to a friend or family member, please let us know those things as well. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and will reach out as needed if alternate arrangements need to be made.

Certification of Applicant - Waiver
I have read and understand the Rules and Regulations as written on the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo website. I understand that this is an application for space only, and is not a commitment by the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo to rent booth space to me. I certify that all information contained in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Annual Holiday Craft Fair this year. Our chairperson will contact you with your booth space number and details regarding loading, unloading, parking, food and beverage options, etc. as the event gets closer.

I agree to hold harmless the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo, Inc and Philomath School District for theft or vandalism of my booth while at this event. I am responsible for the setup and takedown of my booth and anything broken or damaged. All school doors will be locked after each day end for protection of goods.

I am over 18 or the legal guardian of the participant above and I accept the terms of the waiver.
